Pricing follows the size of the claim period, how many destinations and currencies appear, and whether documents arrive complete. Figures below are starting points in Hong Kong dollars. Final quotes are confirmed in writing before kickoff.

What moves the quote
- Claim count in the period and the sample percentage you request
- Number of currencies and whether card statements are available
- On-site kickoff or closing meetings outside Mong Kok
- Rush timelines (subject to capacity; not always available)
Billing
A 40% deposit confirms the engagement date. The balance is due on delivery of the final findings pack. Extra follow-up beyond one draft revision is billed at HK$2,200 per half-day.
